Munduk, Bali - The Ultimate Guide

With many tourists exploring more of Bali, here's our guide to the best things to do further north in Munduk.

Wanagiri Hidden Hills

These hills are certainly not hidden anymore, and with more and more new swings and attractions popping up on these hills, there's plenty of photo opportunities to be taken advantage of.

They may seem like a tourist trap, but however cheesy they may seem, they are pretty spectacular pieces of artwork, overlooking the most beautiful landscape.

Handara Gates

This place has definitely become a tourist trap, we were fortunate enough to avoid the lengthy queues for a photo, however, if you come during peek times, be prepared to wait !

These gates are situated at the entrance to a golf resort, and are quite sort after these days for that instagram shot.

Jatiluwih Rice Terraces

There are rice fields, and then there are RICE FIELDS, and Jatiluwih is definitely a wonder to behold.

Situated across an area of 632 hectares, there is green for as far as the eye can see !

If you decide to visit Jatiluwih, you will not be disappointed.

Twin Lakes Viewpoint

This viewpoint can be found at the side of the main road, the same road as the Wanagiri hills can be found, as is located as 'Bali twin lake trekking point' on google maps.

This viewpoint overlooks both Tamblingan Lake and Buyan Lake in Munduk, and is a perfect spot to stop for a photo and to admire the view.
