Canggu is probably the coolest place to visit in Bali, and definitely on our favourite places we've visited list ! During our time in Bali, we spent a lot of time in Canggu, and so we've put together a guide of the best things to do !

1.Enjoy the many cafes/ restaurants
Canggu is home to some of the most amazing food we've ever experienced. From smoothie bowls to greek to pizza, food should definitely be on your priority list when visiting Canggu, need we say any more ?. Click HERE to see our best restaurants guide.
2.Hit the markets and shops
Canggu has markets galore, ranging from antiques, food to clothes!
Love Anchor is a major hit in Canggu, situated on the main strip, this market has everything you could possibly want, and at a reasonable price too. This bohemian wonderland will make any budget conscious traveller part with their pennies !
Old mans also has a market, and on the last Saturday of each month, you can enjoy everything they have to offer.
3.Waterbom Bali
Whether you're an adrenaline junkie or in need of a fun filled chilled out day, Waterbom has it all.
Boasting an array of action packed slides, a lazy river and body boarding, Waterbom is definitely a great way to spend your day.
4.Go for a floating breakfast
It may sound cliche, but this was one of our favourite things to do, as we did this on our anniversary. We went to Cabina for ours, which was amazing, however, their are lots of other options.
Cabina was a great way to spend the afternoon, from the service, quality and vibe, it was definitely worth every penny.Nervous that this was going to be a style over substance splurge, we were definitely happy with our decision in the end !
5.Pretty Poison
Another great way to spend an evening in Canggu is at Pretty Poison. This hangout spot is perfect for listening to live music, drinking and even watching skaters flip around on their skateboards.
This skate bowl club is popular on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so make sure to check it out !
6.Rent a Scooter and Explore
When coming to Canggu, one of our favourite things to do was to hire out a scooter, and ride ! Bali isn't really that big, and places like Seminyak, and Kuta are only a short drive away, and definitely worth visiting.
With that being said, Canggu is also worth exploring, as it has many beauties to offer such as the incredible street art scattered around, riding the 'Canggu short cut' and seeing the many rice paddies!
7.Catch a Sunset at Old Mans
If you're looking for the busiest bar in Canggu, and the best place to catch a sunset with a Bintang in hand, then look no further than Old Mans. Situated on Bata Bolong beach, its the perfect place to chill, watch the waves and see the sun go down.
8.Enjoy the nightlife
Canggu is the best place to hang out with friends or even make new ones, with the wide selection of bars and clubs to choose from.
From The Lawn, La Favela to Motel Mexicola to name a few, experiencing Canggu nightlife is a must when coming to Bali!
9.Learn to Surf
Canggu is a great place to catch a wave and learn how to surf, and there's definitely no question as to whether Canggu has the perfect waves to surf !
We couldn't wait to try out a lesson, even though we were no good at it, its such an awesome experience, and a must do during your stay !
10.Relax at a Beach Club
What can we say about the beach clubs in Canggu, they are a little slice of heaven as far as we're concerned. Canggu has so many to offer, from Finns beach club, to Potato Head, spending a day at chilling out by the pool, and enjoying a delicious cocktail is pure bliss.
