Our trip to Wales started in Saundersfoot, this was our base for the week. Saundersfoot is a quaint village around 10 minutes from Tenby. Its a very small place, but offers a beautiful beach, and a cute little village centre, painted with great places to eat, and quirky shops - the Dragon Palace is a great Chinese restaurant ! Also, if you love Italian food as much as we do Florentino's is a must, its in a town called Carmarthen, about 20minutes outside of Saundersfoot. So if your willing to make the journey you won't be disappointed !

Tenby was our next stop, a beautiful town full of colour ! The famous coloured houses that surface the beach are

picture perfect. Tenby Castle over looks the beach and sea, a real treat. Just walking around the town centre and breathe in the seaside air is enough to make you fall in love with Tenby. The Baytree is a traditional British pub, with great homemade English food - the fish and chips are especially fab! Also if you're a book fan, the Tenby Bookshop is one to visit.

Next we went to Stakepole.- to be more specific the 'secret beach', also known as Barafundle Bay. Such a beautiful beach, around a 15minute walk from Stakepole Quay car park, over clifftops and amazing viewpoints. It has amazing beaches and beautiful coves, and because its so unheard of, it really feels like you have the beach to yourself! A special place to visit.

Next to Newport. We didn't really stay in Newport Parrog to long, as we were heading elsewhere, however the beach and harbour were beautiful. The weather wasn't great, so unfortunately no swimming, but its a beautiful place none the less.

Our final visit was to NewQuay, perhaps the most memorable place we visited too. During our stay we went Dolphin watching, which is one of the main attractions of NewQuay, and it did not disappoint ! Cardigan Bay is full of sandy beaches, that shelter a beautiful harbour. It has a typical seaside town centre, with great restaurants - The Pepper Pot Bar and Grill is amazing !!! Definitely worth a visit, great desert !

Overall, Pembrokeshire is a place full of beautiful white sandy beaches, hidden gems, great food, and lots of things to do and see !
